W-4 Form

W-4 Form

This form ensures that the correct amount of taxes are withheld from each paycheck by your employer.

It’s recommended that a new W-4 be filled out annually or as your financial situation changes. A new W-4 will be filled out with each new employer you work under. This form’s due date is up to the discretion of the employer.

Filling out the form is as simple as following the directions and claiming your dependents.  You may choose to withhold more from your paycheck if you previously had to pay in during a tax season.
