1099 Form

1099 Form

If you receive any income that differs from income your salary pays you, you’ll also need to fill out a 1099.

Like the W-2, this form should also be mailed to you by January 31st.  This is usually given to you if you are independently contracted or self-employed.  You should receive this form from any client who pays you at least $600 during the tax year.
