Who Am I?
My name is Charlie Price, and I’ve been a Florida attorney for more than 25 years. Over the last twenty years, my law practice has focused exclusively on helping clients who face tax, debt, and credit problems. During that time, I’ve represented thousands of consumers and businesses with IRS problems in their quest to save their property and their respect from IRS agents who seem unable to understand that bad things sometimes happen to good people.
And now, I’d like to help you, too!
How Can I Help?
I’ve been working with the IRS for the last 20 years, and I know how to navigate the IRS “maze.” I do it every day! I know what the IRS will do – and won’t do. Depending on your financial situation, I may be able to completely wipe out your tax debt, settle it for a fraction of what you owe, or stop the IRS from harassing you – even if you don’t pay them a thing! And, I may even be able to protect you from becoming personally liable for the business tax debt!
Why I Can Help
I’ve been there myself. I lost a job. I watched a business fail. I filed bankruptcy. And, I had big problems with the IRS. Fortunately, I was able to work through those problems.
So, I’m not just an attorney that solves IRS and other debt problems for my clients. I get it. I’ve been there. I know what you’re going through… because I went through it myself. In short, I’ve seen the process from all conceivable angles.
Sure, You Can Try to Do This Yourself, But…
I Have Expertise and Experience
You may save the cost of hiring an attorney if you do it yourself, but you may actually pay MUCH more to the IRS than needed.
I Can Save Time and Aggravation
Resolving IRS problems takes time. My guess is that it’s not worth your time to sit on the phone waiting for the IRS or filling out forms.
I’m Not Afraid to Negotiate
The IRS is a massive collection machine with powers that would make the average debt collector blush. I know what is possible and how far the IRS will go.
I Will Do The Talking For You
When you hire me, you don’t ever need to talk to or appear before the IRS.I know where to draw the line and only provide relevant helpful information.
